Investor services firm, operating from #Apex Group has launched its subsidiary LRI Investment Management Services named LRI Middle East in the Abu Dhabi Global Market.
Following the approvals from #ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority, #LRI Middle East will aim at streamlining client operations in the ADGM by offering third-party Management Company (ManCo) services to Qualified Investor Funds and Exempt Funds.
The services include compliance, risk management and valuation, investment management, regulatory reporting, relationship management, fund structuring and setup.
In a statement, Managing Director at Apex Group, #Amin El-Kholy commented that the launch of LRI Middle East will enable clients to access a true single-solution. With the addition of ManCo services to Qualified Investor Funds and Exempt Funds will help strengthen new and long-standing relationships more.
Alongside, LRI Middle East clients will have access to a range of custody, depositary, administrative and middle office, and banking services with the aid of Apex Group’s global network. The global presence further serves the clients in the region with the diversification of its client base and offerings.
Apex Group has expanded its presence in the ADGM, which includes the launch of Compliance Services and the establishment of Corporate Solutions business Throgmorton in the region.
