Abu Dhabi-based Aldar Properties has launched the second phase of its popular Alreeman II development, Fay Alreeman. The new property is a USD545 million master-planned residential community comprising 554 units in Alsamkha area of Abu Dhabi.

The villas in this development phase of the project are thrown open for purchase exclusively by UAE nationals.

The second phase of the development was in response to strong demand for infrastructure-enabled plots in the first phase. Phase two of the development, Fay Alreeman, will comprise 554 villas with varying layouts of 3,4,5 and six-bedroom plans, and with an average size ranging from 310 square meters to 507 square meters.

The villas will be on public sale starting from April 24, at prices starting from USD735,694, and are expected to be handed over to owners by the final quarter of 2025.

In an effort to satisfy customers with homes that are suited to their preferences, all the villas in Fay Alreeman will be available in three options – Mediterranean, contemporary and Modern Arabic. The interior themes will feature either a light or a dark color scheme.

The properties have been designed based on focus group studies with customers of Aldar, in order to ensure a customer-focused approach.

The properties at Fay Alreeman cater to the diverse needs of buyers, and offers spacious floorplans with features like large, closed kitchens, majlis spaces and family rooms, amongst others.

Aldar’s vision for Fay Alreeman

The Fay Alreeman project has been developed across an area of 2.4 million square meters, and offers a range of amenities to residents, including a school, parks, retail spaces, mosques, and running and cycling tracks for the community.

CEO of Aldar Development, Rashed Al Omaira, said that Fay Alreeman has received a good response from the market catering to UAE nationals, offering well-priced, high-quality and comfortable living spaces in desirable destinations. He further added that the development was in response to a demand for a ready-to-move in housing product that residents could quickly move into. He also mentioned that Aldar Development was delighted to offer each home in a variety of options, to better cater to the diverse expectations and needs of its customers.

In order to build a strong sense of community, the master plan has been designed in clusters, each with its own parks and amenities.

Each community within the development has been designed to ensure individuality and cater to prominent customer needs, which includes larger kitchen spaces and more modern-looking homes.

Fay Alreeman has been strategically located in proximity to major destinations and centers like the Abu Dhabi International Airport, lifestyle destinations including Yas Island, Zayed City, New Al Falah, Mohammed Bin Zayed City and Masdar City.

In accordance with Aldar Development’s commitment to sustainability, the project has been meticulously designed to achieve a Pearl 2 rating, a system of sustainability rating developed by the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council as part of its Estidama sustainable development initiative
