Global tourism is on the rebound, and the Middle East is now offering year-round experiences to travelers. To enhance this effort, Abu Dhabi, the UAE capital, has launched an extensive campaign to lure travelers to the city during the summer season. A wide range of attractions, activities and experiences are on offer during this campaign, aptly titled Summer Like You Mean It.

The new campaign strives to attach importance to the interests and passion of travelers, and showcases the best of experiences for visitors to the city this summer.

Some of the memorable experiences on offer in the UAE capital are yoga sessions at sunrise at The Louvre, the Island Retreat of Nurai, stargazing in the desert at night, and even swimming with tiger sharks at the National Aquarium, which is the largest in the Middle East.

The launch of the new, attractive campaign is just the first step of unveiling the best of summer experiences in the capital. The soon to be introduced Abu Dhabi Summer pass is intended to roll out with a variety of promotions and family entertainment attractions. The campaign is intended to give visitors more reasons to book a holiday while exploring a hitherto unknown side of the city.

New Abu Dhabi Summer Pass

The proposed Abu Dhabi Summer Pass will give holidaymakers access to three leading theme parks in the city, including Warner Bros., Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, and Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi. Travelers will also get access to leading cultural and heritage sites like Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Presidential Palace Qasr Al Watan and Qasr Al Hosn. Free transportation is also on offer via Yas Express and Abu Dhabi bus systems.

To enhance the holiday experience even more, the prices of top hotels across the region will be at least 30 percent lower than during peak season. A wide variety of hotel discounts and promotions will be on offer during this time. According to sources familiar with the promotions, this is the best time to visit the UAE capital.

The Director General for Tourism, Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi, Saleh Mohammed Saleh Al Geziry, said that it was the perfect tie to be sharing Abu Dhabi with the world, as global travelers have their eyes on the Middle East. He also said that this was an opportunity to showcase the diverse and unique experiences that can be explored affordably in the capital city of the UAE.

He further added that this summer, the city wants travelers to experience both the popular as well as the unknown sides of the emirate at their own pace. He said that the UAE capital has something on offer for everyone, and would strive to make memorable occasions more accessible with a range of compelling and competitive offers throughout the summer season.

Abu Dhabi’s ‘Summer Like You Mean It’ campaign, officially unveiled at Arabian Travel Market 2022,  uncovers the unmatched experiences travelers can enjoy during the summer in Abu Dhabi, at affordable prices for everyone.
