Cebu Pacific, the Philippines’ leading airline, has selected IBS Software for its crew scheduling processes to further enhance operational proficiency. As the airline upgrades up its domestic and international systems, more flights would necessitate improved administration of staff schedules.

The change is part of Cebu Pacific’s digitalization drive. By applying IBS Software’s cloud-based iFlight Ad OPT solution, Cebu Pacific would replace manual processes with digital tools to execute innovative systems for crew pairings, rostering, and crew preferential bidding, leading to increased operator satisfaction.

Cebu Pacific Air VP Flight Operations Captain Sam Avila said that the Cebu Pacific would want to ensure that it would maximise digital tools to improve the processes for its staff.
