Entravision declared today that it has acquired 365 Digital, a digital advertising firm headquartered in South Africa. The acquisition facilitates a vast geographic presence for Entravision in Africa, as the firm seeks to extend the base of its digital services to new-fangled developing markets.

Entravision acquires 365 Digital

Headquartered in South Africa, 365 Digital enables exclusive sales representations with Anzu, an in-game advertising portal, and TikTok, one of the leading platforms for short length video and branding solutions providers, and is also the sanctioned representative for Triton Digital, a facilitator of digital audio streaming and podcasting. 365 Digital also enables end-to-end digital publishing solutions for premium South African publishers, inclusive of a proprietary digital advertisement grid.

Entravision’s acquisition of 365 Digital expands the former’s evolution into one of the best marketing technology service facilitators in the globe’s biggest growing economies. Sub-Saharan Africa is a vastly attractive digital souk with approximately 500 million digitally linked customers. Essentially, the Sub-Saharan Africa consumers, inclusive of those inhabiting Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, and Nigeria are tech-savvy, young, and digitally linked.

The CEO of 365 Digital, Julian Jordaan, stated that the acquisition was a breakthrough for their firm. He was ecstatic to join Entravision. The CEO vouched for the marvellous collaboration betwixt the two firms in terms of traditional digital advertising, mobile and programmatic advertising, and digital audio.

The acquisition succeeds Entravision’s most recent acquisitions of MediaDonuts, a pioneer in digital marketing services in Southeast Asia, and Cisneros Interactive, one of the leading entities in the swiftly maturing digital advertisement sector in Latin America.

Post-closing the acquisition transaction, all employees belonging to 365 Digital will continue to serve within the firm. Julian Jordaan will remain as the Chief Executive Officer of the acquired business in its headquarters in Cape Town, South Africa.
