Mindtree, an Indian multinational company, is expanding appointments in the Asia-Pacific and European geography. The firm has made many important executive appointments to enhance growth in the two markets.

Mindtree’s expansion in Europe and APAC

Mindtree has selected Klaus Seifert as the Head of Strategy for Europe. Seifert has also been appointed as the Chief Business Officer for Austria, Switzerland, and Germany. Seifert is based out of Munich, Germany, and brings over 20 years of expertise in business development, P&L management, and sales across a variety of sectors in the industry. Seifert was the former head of Global Technology Services for IBM and DACH.

Mindtree has appointed Erik Julius Larsen as the Chief Business Officer for the Nordic countries and the Benelux Union. Erik Julius Larsen boasts an experience of over two decades in several executive positions in the Information Technology industry throughout northern Europe. Before joining Mindtree, Larsen worked at Cognizant as the Head of Sales and the Country Manager for the Nordic countries.

Mindtree’s Chief Business Officer for Asia-Pacific is Dominic Del Giudice. He is joining Mindtree with over 20 years of experience in management consulting, enterprise & technology solutions, and business & digital transformation with big-time MNCs. The Melbourne-based Del Giudice joined Mindtree from IBM, where he was the Senior Partner and Vice President across the regions of Australia, Asia-Pacific, and New Zealand.

Venu Lambu, Executive Director and President of Global Markets at Mindtree, stated that the firm has been constantly facilitating investments in Asia-Pacific and Europe as part of its 4X4X4 plans. This strategy is aimed at cementing the firm’s strategic partnerships and leadership capacities to enhance development and ultimately the growth of the company. Lambu also expressed his excitement about the complexity of the industrial and technological proficiency that these associations brought to the firm’s clients.

The Asia-Pacific and European regions have been seeing a steady rise in businesses that are on the lookout for strategic technology partnerships to increase income and the growth curve of the company. The firm’s solid leaderships coupled with a vast understanding of these markets is essential for the firm’s capability to serve its clients and lead the way towards digital transformation.
