French firm Crypto Blockchain Industries (CBI) has plans to get publicly listed, on the Paris Euronext Growth stock market, in the pipeline. According to the firm’s filing with the Euronext Growth stock market, Crypto Blockchain Industries is looking for a direct listing post a private placement. The firm is set to offer 19,337,000 shares at the beginning of the trading.

The exchange of Crypto Blockchain Industries shares is estimated to commence trading today (Oct 26th, 2021) for EUR 2 (USD 2.32) per share. This reference price will have a preliminary reservation limit of minus or plus 20%.
