Cebu Pacific, the Philippines’ leading airline, has selected IBS Software for its crew scheduling processes to further enhance operational proficiency. As the airline upgrades up its domestic and international systems, more flights would necessitate improved administration of staff schedules.

The change is part of Cebu Pacific’s digitalization drive. By applying IBS Software’s cloud-based iFlight Ad OPT solution, Cebu Pacific would replace manual processes with digital tools to execute innovative systems for crew pairings, rostering, and crew preferential bidding, leading to increased operator satisfaction.

Cebu Pacific Air VP Flight Operations Captain Sam Avila said that the Cebu Pacific would want to ensure that it would maximise digital tools to improve the processes for its staff. Member satisfaction is essential and iFlight offers them the tools and awareness they need to make initiative-taking, data-guided outcomes to assist crew with complex scheduling. In IBS Software, the company have found the ideal partner to digitalize critical operations and they look forward to a long and productive partnership.

iFlight would enhance Cebu Pacific’s existing crew rostering system by producing fair and transparent rosters, and assisting staff manage their schedules more efficiently.
