Prince Holding Group is one of the leading business groups in Cambodia focusing on three core areas: real estate development, financial services, and consumer services. The Group has grown significantly in Cambodia over the past decade by pursuing growth opportunities in the three core sectors guided by the vision statement of “Building a Better Life.”

Prince Holding Group’s key business units in Cambodia are Prince Real Estate Group, Prince Huan Yu Real Estate Group, Cambodia Airways, Prince Bank, Belt Road Capital Management as well as Awesome Global Investment Group. Prince Holding Group, through its business divisions, oversees more than eighty companies in Cambodia operating in real estate development, banking, finance, aviation, tourism, technology, logistics, food and beverages, lifestyle, and other sectors.

Growing FDI from foreign entities and FTAs with leading regional economies, especially the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership, bodes well for Prince Holding Group as it aims to be a strategic partner within the Cambodian economy supporting the pro-business policies of the government.

Prince Holding Group aims to be a vital conduit for local and international capital by leveraging a network of industrial, business, and financial professionals based in various Asian economies. Prince Holding Group is pursuing various opportunities to grow the Cambodian economy either through joint ventures or direct investments in key industries for the sustainable advancement of the Cambodian economy.

Neak Oknha Chen Zhi is the founder and Chairman of Prince Group. He has regularly facilitated discussions between Cambodian companies, civic organizations, and government officials. He has recruited a high-caliber team of senior local and international management executives that bring with them decades of experience in their respective fields. Prince Group has also built prime real estate, residential units, and commercial malls and renovated Cambodia’s capital so that it functions as a thriving metropolis.

Notable real estate projects launched by the Group recently include Prince International Plaza, Prince One Tropica, and Prince Happiness Plaza, three fast-developing projects in Phnom Penh.

Following Neak Oknha Chen Zhi’s vision

Neak Oknha Chen Zhi is a naturalized Cambodian businessman and the Chairman of Prince Holding Group. As the Chairman, Chen Zhi has transformed Prince Holding Group from a real estate concern into a leading business group in Cambodia that adheres to international standards, capitalizes on growth prospects within the Kingdom, and is firmly committed to sustainable industry procedures.

In Cambodia, Chen Zhi has expanded Prince Group’s business operations to incorporate several sectors such as real estate development, banking, finance, and tourism. Aside from his business activities, Chen Zhi actively participates in the empowerment of Cambodian communities through philanthropy. For all of his efforts, Global Economics has recognised Neak Oknha Chen Zhi as the best emerging real estate entrepreneur in Cambodia.

Prince Real Estate Group – The Group’s flagship developer

Prince Real Estate Cambodia Group Co., Ltd was founded in Cambodia in March 2015. The property developer sought to capitalise on the rapid growth of Cambodia’s urban middle class. Since its inception, Prince Holding Group’s real estate units have amassed a land bank of 47.5 million square meters. As of the closing of 2021, assets under management surpassed US$2.5 billion.

After years of continuous growth, the Group is now engaged in the real estate development of hotels, F&B stores, supermarket chains, philanthropic endeavours, and more. Prince Real Estate has also developed Prince Manor Resort, an integrated amusement park, near Phnom Penh, Cambodia, which also boasts a state-of-the-art agricultural centre. The Group has a wide assortment of trend-setting projects in Cambodia throughout the real estate industrial chain.

Committed to philanthropy, advancing education in Cambodia

Prince Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Prince Holding Group, focuses on the three pillars of education and youth development, community engagement as well as healthcare. It aims to partner with public-private stakeholders under the guiding vision of “Together, Building a Better Future for Cambodia”.

Over the years, Prince Foundation has unveiled more than 250 charity events aiding 500,000 people with donations surpassing US$14 million over the past seven years.

Last year, the Group launched the “Chen Zhi Scholarship” in partnership with the Ministry of Education Youth and Sport (MoEYS). Set to disburse US$2 million in scholarship aid, the scholarship will improve rural areas by ensuring financial aid for rural students who will then give back to their communities or contribute to urbanisation.

Moreover, the Group has donated US$6 million to the Cambodian government’s anti-pandemic efforts, including the purchase of 1 million COVID-19 vaccines, and it has also organized several rounds of COVID-19 vaccinations and ensured all 3,500+ employees were fully vaccinated ahead of schedule.

Over the years, Prince Group has invested more than US$2 billion in local projects and continuously affirms its long-term commitment to Cambodia in numerous ways through its sustainable development efforts.

For the second year in a row, the Group has also secured the Asia Responsible Enterprise Award (AREA) 2022 organized by Enterprise Asia, a non-governmental organization that recognizes responsible entrepreneurship across the region.

This year, it secured an award under the Social Empowerment Category for the Chen Zhi Scholarship reflecting the work of Prince Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Prince Holding Group that is working alongside several non-government organisations ultimately to strengthen human capital in Cambodia.

Prince Foundation aims to disburse US$2 million in academic aid to fully fund the undergraduate courses of 400 eligible students across seven years. It aims to fully cover tuition fees and monthly stipends and help secure internship and employment opportunities. As of September, 100 scholars have already received the award for the 2022/23 academic year from a total pool of 1,500 applicants

Global Economics Award chairman Building PHGWith a dedicated emphasis on education and youth development, the Chen Zhi Scholarship is just the latest initiative among several initiatives by Prince Holding Group. Prince Holding Group, as a leading employer, is determined to build capacity through education and business growth within the Kingdom.
